The results of a new poll, conducted on behalf of NBC-WSJ-Marist in Florida, were released. In the survey participants were asked, whether they would vote for democrat Hillary Clinton or republican Donald Trump, assuming that these two candidates would win the primaries. According to the results, 49.0% of interviewees intend to vote for the Democrats, while 41.0% intend to vote for the Republicans. The poll was carried out between March 4 and March 10. The sample size was 2422 registered voters. The margin of error is +/-2.0 points.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 54.4% for the democrat Clinton and 45.6% for the republican Trump.
