Democrats lead in Florida by 7 points in latest CNN-ORC poll
The results of a new poll, conducted on behalf of CNN-ORC in Florida, were published. In the survey participants were asked, whether they would vote for democrat Hillary Clinton or republican Donald Trump, assuming that these two candidates would win the primaries. The results reveal that 50.0% of participants are going to vote for Hillary Clinton, whereas 43.0% said they would vote for Donald Trump. The poll was conducted from March 2 to March 6 with 854 registered voters. The sampling error is +/-3.5 percentage points.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 53.8% for the Democrats and 46.2% for the Republicans.
