Quinnipiac released the results of a new poll, in which participants from Connecticut were asked who they would vote for. Of those who answered the question, 47.0% said that they would vote for the Democrats, while 40.0% said that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was carried out from October 7 to October 11 with 1735 registered voters.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 54.0% for Clinton and 46.0% for Trump. The democrats did worse by 2.8 percentage points in comparison to the average results of the other polls in Connecticut.
