Clear advantage for Democrats in FOX poll
FOX published the results of a new national poll, in which participants were asked who they would vote for. The results show that 48.0% of respondents are going to vote for the Democrats, while 41.0% said they would vote for Republican party. The poll was conducted from April 11 to April 13 among 1021 participants. The sampling error is +/-3.0 points.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 53.9% for the Democrats and 46.1% for the Republicans. The democrats did better by 1.1 percentage points in comparison to the average results of the other polls. The poll numbers for the Democrats are thus 0.1 percentage points above the combined PollyVote, which as of now anticipates a two-party vote share of 53.8%.
